American diplomats concerned they’re being replaced by NASA employees, breathe easy: The Space agency and its administrator, Charles Bolden, are not responsible for reaching out to the Muslim world after all.

Having taken only one week to achieve, this reversal may be the fastest Obama initiative yet.

I have listened to this portion of the interview a number of times – it was clearly the message from Obama to NASA. Is he saying that if there hadn’t been Muslims there would be no ZERO or algebra? I thought scientific knowledge was universal. I think NASA should reach out to the Laplanders for their native science, on how to survive in a harsh, cold, climate. After all Global Cooling is a few short years away (according to Al Gore and Prince Charles). Cheers.
