Update: Reason magazine notes that Waters has been a member of the House Committee on Financial Services since 1990! Twenty years and she is still clueless.

The forever stupid Maxine Waters. With so many intelligent people in the US and she is one of the representatives. Amazing. This is the canary we should be worried about.
