Who is the Fairest One of All?

One hears frequently about how US is the largest emitter of green house gases on a per capita basis, but is that really the case? The following two graphs provide data on methane and carbon dioxide emissions.
Like everything about the AGW “settled science”, it seems facts differ from perception.
