US DOE prepares for Climategate legal action

I feel a cheery glow, as if I had just tossed another snail darter on the fire.

The scapegoats are being led to the spit to be roasted. No mention of legal action against celebrity climate alarmists like Gore or Suzuki; no investigation of various NGO’s finincial ties to the Climate Change(TM) racket; no censuring the EPA in the US for attempting to extend its jurisdiction across all other government agencies by declaring CO2 a “pollutant”.
Still, it’s a good start!
