		<description>Why do you assume that the server was hacked?  Isn&#039;t it possible that the documents were transmitted by a whistleblower to a Russian FTP site?  Why is everybody assuming that just because documents ended up on a Russian FTP site it must mean that a Russian hacker broke into the server?  The FTP site allowed anonymous uploads meaning that anybody could have uploaded the documents.</description>
