Better standards of living, better lifestyle, longer life spans...advances in medicine, science,political theory, transportation, flight etc. etc.. Why should i feel sorry, or feel bad about any of the benefits of that, which have been passed down to every race, creed and colour? They should build even more statues to these people, with a plaque at the bottom that states 'you are a by product of the innovation,benevolence and generosity of white christian males, everywhere..' I don’t feel guilty that it was predominately white christian males that dragged humanity into the industrial age.

Seems to this "old white guy" that my predecessors were screwed by being white and poor they orginated in Scotland and Ireland hauled his lordships water, cut his wood, tended his sheep, and died in his wars. It is no secret that .03 percent of the people in Britan controlled most of the wealth, and still do! and all the opportunity, you could not be an officer unless you could buy your commission, and had income from your estate. that was then, now these "revisionists" want to give "diversity" a leg up over "white privelege" and us "poor white folks" are being held to account for the colour of our skin, as though it was us that was "the lord of the manor" My Grandfather landed in Canada as an "orphan"in about 1900 he was about 9 or 10 and came from the slums of Glasgow. Of course his skin was white so somehow in the parallel universe these twerps inhabit his decendants are somehow guilty of something?
