And A Mountain for Messiah

11:33 am American Politics

Antigua and Barbuda Prime Minister W. Baldwin Spencer has written to Obama and offered to “take immediate measures for Antigua and Barbuda’s highest mountain peak to be dedicated in your honour and renamed “Mount Obama”.  He goes on to state that Obama’s “manifest devotion to family will strengthen families around the planet.”  And this for a person who has a half-brother who lives in a hut and an aunt, who was invited to Obama’s 2004 Senate swearing-in ceremony, but is an illegal alien living in public subsidized housing?  One can only assume that the concept of “devotion to family” has a different meaning among black politicians.

You are taking a big risk by stating exactly what many of us are thinking.
Obama is almost god like in terms of the respect and adoration that has been heaped upon him. I wonder what all these poor second and third tier countries expect from a president who leaves his own family in the dust as he attains more and more success in life? Character isn’t taught over time; it’s only revealed.
