    In the meantime, your candidate promises to continue the path that has led to the absolute worst economic position that the US has been in in decades…

    The One claims he has no flaws that would hinder him from being President. A smug response to a question intended to elicit some genuinely human introspection. Couric was polite but not impressed.

    Unlike Obama, John McCain actually tried to increase accountability for Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac’s management but was rebuffed by the Democrats.

    Unlike McCain, Barack Obama has among his advisors two former CEOs of Fannie Mae, James Johnson and Franklin Raines.

    Some path. Some candidate.
