Steve Paikin and Dennis Miller

Two great broadcasters and one great interview. Listen to the American correct Paikin about hockey lore. Best new gen: after the impromptu TVO debate, a couple of the fresh young lawyers said they were having trouble nailing full-time jobs because they were perceived as enemies to free speech. Sounds like Canada’s law firms get it: it’s not your skin colour or your faith, it’s your fundamental misinterpretation of the values of the society in which you hope to practise. ‘Kids, in a professional environment that assumes a free society, book-burners are unemployable. Sorry, can’t work with you. Next.’

I think that the baby lawyers should launch a HRC complaint about such discriminatory practices against lawyers who oppose free speech. After all, there is a human right to be an idiot or a hypocrite or a sockpuppet for misogyny. .

No worries for them though. Dollars to donuts they will all be working in government jobs very soon.

Couple of thoughts here,I would not want anyone who had used the HRC to bully someone for their opinion’s to represent me. Any firm employing such a person would not get my business. I learned a long time ago that if you have a good reputation it goes before you, a bad one goes twice as far twice as fast. enjoy. I am sickened by the actions of these unelected, unacountable? kangaroo courts. This is not the Canada our fathers fought for.
    Cheers Bubba
