By the authority vested in us by the Executive Committee, know ye the following:

You are commended for the brilliant subversion you have achieved of the confidence and thought control techniques of the Dominators.

Your entire course of action in your assignment is bent on achieving nothing less than the delegitimization and eventual dismantling of the Dominator’s Speech Control Apparatus. It is already showing signs of considerable success.

The Supreme Command has taken notice of your activities. They consisted of

• a) boldly infiltrating the local Speech Control Commission as an investigator, to learn their techniques and to develop them further;
• b) leaving the Speech Control Commission when you realized you could do more harm by being a paid informant for them, thus subjecting them in future to the public derision of a state agency that has to use informers to keep it in business;
• c) maintaining a steady stream of denunciations of appropriate targets, thus leading to a 100% rate of conviction for Speech Crime;
• d) launching libel suits against those who falsely denounced you as an agent working against free speech;
• e) expanding the range of liability for defamatory speech such that anything on a blog comment site, for whatever period, becomes the basis of libel and hate crimes suits in perpetuity; thus threatening all unmoderated communication on the Internet, thus attracting serious legal attention to the freedom to comment on the Internet;
• f) associating yourself with a homosexual rights group, thus spreading the calumny that homosexuals are associated with and desire state speech control, and giving a spurious and misleading cover to your activities;
• g) associating with a political party of equal fashionableness, the Ecology Party, to the same effect;
• h) seeking financial compensation for your work from the Speech Control Commission, as a reward for your denunciations of deviant and offensive speech;
• i) successfully projecting yourself onto the media’s attention by spreading the range of your attacks from people whose views are offensive to the Dominators, but otherwise unknown, to those whose speech appears in broader-circulation or more respectable media, thus appearing to threaten wider segments of society;
• j) coordinating your attacks with the cultural, religious and demographic insurgency by the Aggressors against the Dominators, thus appearing to combine with the Dominators’ worst enemies and rendering it more difficult for them to resist the advances of their sworn enemies and to mobilize support among the dominated.

The careful expansion of your targets from the weak to the more powerful, all the while expanding the jurisprudence of the Speech Control Commission, have come at a critical time in the supreme struggle.

As you are only too aware, your activities are coming at a time when the Dominators must transfer the attention of society to the depredations of the Aggressors. This can only started by the use of truth in the defence of freedom, since all true discussion must be offensive to the Aggressors. The Dominators have been so traumatized by recent history they have lost faith that truth will prevail, and have sought shelter by erecting altars in parliaments, contrary to the warnings of the leading Dominator theoretician, Rabbi Leonard Cohen, that this was a heresy.

As we speak, the criterion of truth and accuracy is no defence against the Speech Control Commission, to wit.

“Messages that make use of allegedly true stories, news reports, pictures and references to apparently reputable sources in an attempt to lend an air of objectivity and truthfulness to the extremely negative characterization of the targeted group have been found to be likely to expose members of the targeted group to hatred and contempt.”

By your actions, you are in the process of delegitimizing the Speech Control Commission, and of subjecting its procedures to widespread scorn and ridicule. You have started a process of unraveling the apparatus of speech control which can only redound to be benefit of the Party, and the Supreme Concept, Aryan Racial Supremacy, and lead to a lessening of confidence by the Dominators in their instruments and agencies. Your course of carefully calibrated and active use of the Speech Control Commission, while maintaining the guise of a true believer in the cause of Speech Control, has proved a brilliant and effective subversion of both.

For this you have been awarded the Silver Cross, 1^st class and granted the honorific of Culture Manipulator. Few have ever attained such prominence so young in life. Fresh neuronal torpedoes are being prepared for your use against our enemies. Your new orders are attached.
