Obama and reality
February 23, 2008 4:38 pm American PoliticsWhen will Obama have his last KFC meal? That is the question that most intrigues your correspondent these days.
On Intrade, a prediction trading market, the “Barack Obama to be Democratic Presidential Nominee in 2008″ is trading at 86.8 which indicates that the takeout food order can wait. It seems that Democrats are ignoring an oft repeated advice about predicting beauty pageant winner, viz. one shouldn’t select the contestant that you think is the one that is most beautiful, but rather the one that the judges will think is the one that is most beautiful. Given the emotional state of liberals this advice is futile.
Looking beyond the primaries it is a different viewpoint altogether. The bottom line is that black murtadd senators from north simply do not win POTUS elections. And one hasn’t even begun to examine his experience or accomplishments. Perhaps that explains why on Intrade the “Barack Obama and John McCain to contest 2008 Presidential Election” is priced at 82.0 which must make a downward adjustment given McCain’s age.

Agreed that Obama hasn’t been under a microscope but then again the media hardly looks at Hilary either, all those skeletons in the closet. Obama won’t be president either way.
